Our services

Allied Healthcare's services

It only takes one call to Allied Healthcare to arrange any amount or level of care. Providing care and support to the aged, frail and disabled living in the community we service a wide range of clients with various needs including the elderly, house-bound, physically and/or mentally challenged and children and adults with special needs.

Working closely with referral sources and service providers such as hospitals, social workers, case managers, government funded agencies, GP's, community nurses and individuals wishing to arrange care for themselves or a loved one, we coordinate tailored in-home care plans to meet the clients' needs - hourly, short-term, or longer-term, 1 hour to 24 hour care, 365 days per year.

Each client service is recorded and monitored via our bespoke computerised rostering, allocation and case management system which not only ensures accurate record keeping, but provides continuity of information to assist with communication throughout. As time progresses the care requirements of clients may change which our system and reporting processes will identify, enabling services to be adjusted accordingly to meet these altering needs.
